Works out slight cheaper if you have a 10% discount code for Zavvi/The Hut, making it £29.57 instead of £32.85.

Also i am not sure if this is correct but i vaguely remember reading somewhere that the ps3 version comes with a free pc version...can someone clarift this?

According to Valve, it doesn't.
Valve issued the following statement: "There's a story making the rounds regarding Portal 2 support for PS3 Move. Unfortunately this quote was 'lost in translation'--Portal 2 does not include support for Sony's motion controller.

Sauce.

I'm glad Valve aren't doing Move support. In a game like Portal it would just be awful. Too bad other developers like Quantic Dream didn't realise that and ruined Heavy Rain

My only concern is, Potral 1 could be finished in one sitting and came as 1 of 5 parts for the orange box for like £30. What makes portal 2 worth £30? is it much longer? do we get extra stuff?

im not slagging off the game, im just curious why its a full game rather than on the xbox/ps3 marketplace
#14
Yea it works out cheaper on the hut with quidco cashback....

I just ordered the HMV one but the cashback was £00.00 !!! so i cancelled it.....

nice to see them being competitive though, shame all their other games are so ridiculously overpriced.

All games should be £34 maximum......but more like £30 on release :/

The original game was made as more of a fun tech demo than a full fledged release. They never thought it'd get as big as it did get.

So they've worked on this. Gave us new game-play mechanics, a length campaign (Apparently) as well as Co-Op support.

So, this is them using the tech from the tech demo of Portal one... if that makes sense.

Valve have said it's four times longer, that's not including the Co-Op.

if thats the case then brilliant! i enjoyed the first one and just needed a bit more justification to get this one

Amazing price for the PS3 one, it has steam support on PS3, meaning if you buy it on PS3 you can install it on PC (and Mac if a version comes out on that) as well.
Not only that but it has cloud saves so you can sync your save game between the two versions, and also play with other people that have either version!
The PS3 version is definitely the one to get! Even more so at this price! Very hot

It's 39.99 now

Sorry, still 29.99 with code, just got incorrect price when browsing on their mobile website. Full site has correct price. Ordered, thanks
