In Game today buying Red Dead and saw this deal thought it would be a good one to post on here.

A used 20gb 360 plus two controllers plus Super Street Fighter and Lego Batman and pure for £109.99 thought it was a good deal as guy in the shop told me it was a nationwide offer and came with a year warranty.

The Arcade used was £129.99 so asked about the deal and apparently it is £109.99 cheaper than the arcade machine but it is a limited offer, can't post reciept as I didnt need to buy one but has anyone else seen this deal who can confirm it?

a used Arcade £129.99?? they are £125 new @

now being on my 3rd 360 after RRoD problems, i just dont think anyone would (or rather should) trust a pre-owned 360
If the year warranty stands and its applicable with mircosoft and not just game then this is a bargain as anything goes wrong with it, more than likely they will replace it and you should get a newer model. My son has a 2007 20gb model took it back to gamestation, they had no models in for 20gb so they kindly replaced it with 60gb model and just replaced hard drive. Now he has early 2009 HDMI model for nothing
you need to read post properly i was pointing out the 20gb was a bargain not the arcade as you have mentioned

I read it, which is why i said nobody would trust a pre-owned 360 - the Arcade comment was just surprise at how much they were charging for a pre-owned console.

My original 20gb 360 failed after 14-15 months (as did it's replacement that i got from Microsoft under the 3 year RRoD warranty), so a 12 month warranty is hardly reassuring.
