good quality creatine monohydrate from holland and barret which is HALF PRICE at the moment for this size . but if you spend over £25 you get a £10 off . spend £30 you get free delivery .use code HB5103C at checkout for the £10 discount . theres also 10% quidco too .
so i got TWO of these (1kg) of creatine and two iso energy drink mix (£2.99 each) all for £20.96 . now that is well cheap for a kilo of pure creatine and almost a kilo of isotonic drink mix for less than £21 delivered , or potentially even less if you shop via quidco . reviews seem good on independent sites for this brand of creatine .

I'll tell you why people have panned this, because it's not "good quality" it's body fortress, this stuff is absolutely terrible. The people that use this are the same people that don't cycle their intake. It's the weakest creatine ever. You can't absorb the stuff properly, which is precisely why Creatine Ethyl Ester was invented.

With Creatine Ethyl Ester you use less and get better results. It's not a good idea to hammer creatine, that is why people cycle it.
That's £12.99 for 500 grams from myprotein.co.uk it's more potent and it will last a lot longer.

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/products/creatine_ethyl_ester_hcl £12.99/ 500 Grams
http://www.myprotein.co.uk/products/creapure £11.80/ 500 Grams
http://www.myprotein.co.uk/products/creatine_monohydrate£7.95/ 500 Grams

Oh and Holland and Barrett have changed the packaging to make it look like one of the vasco pump formulas, it's body fortress creatine monohydrate!

went on bodybuilding.com and they gave very favourable results compared to much more expensive brands . and its the same product in the states too as they have holland and barrett shops there.
many reports on the net claim the cee(ethyl ester) to be rubbish and monohydrate to be much better.
ill let you know the results i get in a couple of months !

Yeah, I used CEE for a month and I'm pretty sure it did **** all.
Creapure is the business, it's better than CEE and it's better than mono. Doesn't cause much bloating and it seems to work for 99.9% of people

You know what I think you might be right, only the other day I was walking down the high street and thinking "my town used to be rammed with fit women" now with the first ray of sunshine it's full of fatties waddling around in tight tops.......

So I think that does make me a narcissist!

"cloudthecat" I'm amazed that you'd choose to apply such logic to this thread, it doesn't seem in keeping with your own strict moral code.

The fact still remains that you can buy the same supplement £2.58 cheaper @ http://www.myprotein.co.uk/products/creatine_monohydrate (delivered) If you want to pay an extra £2.58 for a red plastic tub that's your call.

It always amazes me how people will enter a thread just to flame, I know next to nothing about computers, you don't find me trawling through the "computers section" trying to comment on ram latency.

if you put www.bulkpowders.com in the myprotein price matcher, you can get 1KG of creapure for £14.89!

Serious question. Don't know if anyone has the answer but let me know anyway. I have been training and eating realatively well now for just over a year and went from a 36" waist to a 32" waist. The fat is well off but how do you grow muscle? Tried creatine while upping protein consumption but no real joy. How do you do it without the roids? Just want to hear how others do it as the magazines seem to be full of s***.

i assume your lifting weights 3-4 times a week and training the whole body. keep the weights heavy enough that allow you to do between 6 -10 reps for upper body and 10-15 reps for lower body. it is most imperetive you make the tiniest improvements each session and this is called progressive resistance and this is what builds muscle ..and obviously tsawking into account that you are consuming regular protein/carbs /fats throughout the day .take a little notebook to the gym and log all your lifts reps etc and you know what you have to beat next session . chop and change exercises every few weeks to stop your muscles getting acustomed to your routines otherwise you will hit a plateau and not gain.keep the form/lifts stict and eat healthy regular meals and you will be guaranteed excellent results .
