Being a bit of a meat freak, there's yet another great offer from Asda..

Normal price is £6.75/kg (was even higher previously)...

This time it's a premium hand-selected lamb joint, trimmed to perfection with all fat cut out. Tender and succulent. Prime cuts of meat used.

Made with pure fresh UK-sourced lamb. Organically processed ...

Ideal for stews and casseroles. Can also be oven baked or deep fried. BBQ is also a possibility but I doubt we'll be getting suitable weather now.

Anyway, this is one of my all time favourites as it's just melts in the mouth when cooked medium rare. Great with thick cut chips too.

Anyway, thanks for reading.

I'll get my coat..

What does organically processed mean? Cannot see anything in the link.
'all fat cut out' why? Not likely, not mentioned in link!

I wouldn't call it a joint. It's a leg of lamb which should be roasted. :)

Doesn't have to be roasted actually..

Like I said, fried, baked or microwave are all possible..

If you read the nutritional info bit, it's there in small print.. Not quite sure of the meaning mind you ..
