  great deal, all you need to do is spend 30 mins softmodding and you have a console that can play amiga, mame, ps1 games as well :D

  I doubt if most of them would have the Motionplus controller. Only relatively new versions of the Wii have that and I expect these are typically the older models that were on sale before the Motionplus controller was bundled.

  I would think (but feel free to correct me) that the ones at this price are the 'discounted' old white Wiis. This usually means they have some external damage or are missing extras.
  
  I bought mine from CEX for £40 and was given the choice of one with a broken hinge on the GameCube controller cover, or one missing a stand. One in standard used condition would have been an extra fiver.

  i agree i think if you buy from a store you can pick out which one you would like so you can avoid that happening but if you buy online i suppose its more of a risk as to what you get

  the one we got as a spare had one official motion plus controller with it and a nunchuck was complete with all leads and undamaged looked in pretty good condition to be honest . Im not sure if it depends where you buy from again we got it from a store however online I supose may differ in what they send you

  Yes you can, but its not advised, as the Wii used a cheap DVD drive, and using it as a DVD player will quickly burn out the lazer. Plenty of topics online about this, and how its not advised.

  Do you mean the black ones can't be softmodded, or they can be modded but the drive can't be used as a dvd player? I've softmodded our black one, but to be honest never tried to use it as a dvd player due to the reasons given above (quicker burn out of the drive) - we play the games direct from a portable hard drive plugged in the back.

  Excellent price, although I could never go back to playing on a console after using Dolphin. Stock graphics just look disgraceful in comparison!
