Bought this clock instore from my local ASDA and found it was pretty good, nice alarm volume, lives off the mains with a battery timekeeper. Moody teenager but I reccommend this as a plain simple clock, and for £2? Easily in the basket :)

Moody teenagers make great timekeepers
- musicals

Standard delivery price is £4.95

Probably a does what it says on the tin item ... depends on how much from elsewhere but off the cuff seems heatworthy ....
#3
Cheapest I could get a replacement alarm clock, and it is very tin-descriptive. And Haha Boz.

The End - nice name, it has either a very loud buzzer which wakes up the guys 4 doors down, or up to FM/AM radio from any volume.
You'll always wake up though.

Had the old version of the Smart Price Clock Radio from Asda (was about £3.49) and it was absolutely fine, and kept perfect time, the only issue, and it's something that happens with most of these, is that over a while, the radio drifts off tune, no big deal.Surprisingly though, the reception on this was actually really good, although don't expect much in sound quality, afterall it's no substitute for a normal radio, but is perfectly good enough to wake you up, and of course it has an alarm as well.

Ultimately, I'm being critical, it's £2, and for that, it's amazing value for money, and even if only used as a clock, you can't fault it, especially as it has battery back up for power failures (this doesn't power the display, but will remember the time settings for when it is switched back on, or power resumes).
If only the McCalister's clock, had battery backup, maybe Kevin wouldn't have been left Home Alone! ;)

A shame this needs a wall plug, I'll have to move my bed closer to the wall now. Here's hoping I find 2 £1 coins lying about under it when doing the moving!

Looks like a good deal, but nearly 1000 degrees for a £2 bedside alarm clock? Sorry I don't mean to sound negative, but is it really that sensational?

Good deal.
Bought one of these a while and it does what it says on the tin.
