is this a anti-histamine?

It's a spray that coats the inner of your nose with a thin gel to prevent the pollen absorbing though the thin membrane of the nose, seems to work pretty well for me, and I was suffering pretty badly a fee days back

I don't see how spraying a gel up there is going to do much if it's not an antihistamine. If it's design is just to sit there as a barrier to pollen, the gel will easily be removed from constant nose mucus pouring out and sneezing?

I have been using this over the last couple of weeks and I feel that tablets (anti-histamine) do a better job, I understand the idea of coating the inner nose but I agree with trixabel - after blowing your nose a few times this stuff will become alot less effective,

Just my opinion but it might work well for others and at £6.00 its a good time to try, Heat added

I tried this. It didn't work for me. It also coats your nostrils in a thick, white cream that you can visibly see! Vaseline does the same thing.

Have added heat though as I bought 2 for £15

Not the best product regarding to international reviews , I am allergic to pollen and only prescription drugs working for like a budesonide nasal spray , Rhinocort agua or Flonase the rest is rubbish .
