How about this one....

Obviously it's a refurb but it's a Panny direct grade A refurb..

Got to be worth the risk at that £699!!
Serious note mods as your are obviously watch this thread..why not just ban him for good now?...he obviously isn't taking on anything from the suspensions..
I don't want to mention the S word it only makes people unhappy

Ordered this online through PRC's website yesterday, after spending over a month prowling HotUKDeals and other online sites looking for a decent 40" Full HD LCD TV for a budget of £400.

PRC gave me a call the following morning and recommended that I come and pick it up instead (deliveries are currently problematic due to the bad weather), as I'm only 30 mins away.

It’s now set up in my front room and I have to say I am very impressed for £370. Full HD (1080p), 60Hz, USB media decoder (can handle MKV, DIVX, ASF, QMV, MP4, 3GP, VRO, MPG, MPEG, TS, TP and TRP), Ethernet port, decent sound (down-firing speakers), 4 HDMI slots, etc.

I went to Sainsbury's and bought a 33% discounted HDMI cable for £3.31. By the way, there is no difference in signal quality between bog standard HDMI cables and fancy, gold plated, shielded HDMI cables - see this article.

I then went to Ikea and bought an Expedit (floor standing) shelving unit for £20 (was £40) with a couple of matching door inserts ( for £13 each. This works very well as a TV stand as it doesn't take up too much room and elevates the TV higher.

I was going to buy this 3.1 multimedia “sound bar” speaker for £45, but was presently surprised by the quality of the down-firing built-in speakers.

In summary, I definitely recommend this TV – you get a lot of TV for a budget price.
has it got wifi?

I got a high Samsung LED at a great price from them a few months ago and everything was fine, no probs at all the only extra thing I might have wanted was a tracking number for delivery

Personally, I would rather spend another £20 or so and get the TV from a reputable UK based company.

yep agree
