Error with pricing because its supposed to be around 20 quid i think.
Grab it while ye can. If it gives you an error about owning the game just do a gift transaction and throw it in your inventory for the time being and redeem it when the time comes
DESCRIPTION OF DLC:
Gearbox Software has ambitious plans for Borderlands 2's post-launch downloadable content. They intend to release four sizable DLC packs for the game. Players will have the option to buy all of these add-ons at a reduced rate.
Each DLC pack is described as a "content campaign." Players can expect several hours of gameplay, new characters, and new locations in each. All four of the campaigns should be available to gamers by June 2013, roughly a period of nine months.
These add-ons will retail for $9.99 apiece on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. The Borderlands 2 Season Pass, which grants you access to all the DLC as they're released, will cost a mere $29.99. That's a nice discount provided that you were planning to get all of the game's DLC anyway.

Releasing between September 2012 and June 2013, the packs will cost $9.99 (£6.30) on PC and PS3 and 800 Microsoft Points (£6.80 / $10) on the Xbox 360.
The DLC can also be purchased as part of a discounted Season Pass, which can be picked up for $29.99 (£18.90) on PS3 and PC, and 2400 Microsoft Points (£20 / $30) on Xbox 360.
European PC and PSN prices are still to be confirmed.

Yep that's what I have done just bought it as a gift :)
I can only ever remember one, it was during a sale where Terraria was 75% off instead of 50%. They honoured that.

Not 100% on that one, but the intended price for US is $29.99 so why would there be such a vast difference for people elsewhere?
Not to mention £8 for 4 supposedly beefy DLC packs seems a bit too great
They're meant to be $10 each or the season pass for $30 - so it's unlikely that the £7.99 price is correct.

The whole idea behind buying a season pass is that you're getting better value than if you were to buy each DLC pack seperately, hence why they describe it as "at one discounted price".
Also, as Asura and I have already said this is most likely a pricing error. Although I'd love to be proven wrong if it means the game companies are finally wanting to give us some great deals.
