http://www.bbc.co.uk/f/t.gifIngredients
http://www.bbc.co.uk/f/t.gif
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, peeled and sliced
½ can corned beef
½ can baked beans, rinsed under water
pinch of chilli powder
a few drops of white wine vinegar
1 egg
Method
http://www.bbc.co.uk/f/t.gif
1. Heat the oil in a medium-large non-stick frying pan. Sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes to soften. Add the corned beef and beans and stir in the chilli powder. Press down in the pan and cook for 45 seconds to a minute on each side, or, if preferred, until crisp and golden.
2. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the vinegar. Stir the water to create a mini whirlpool and then carefully crack the egg in. Cook for two minutes and then remove with a slotted spoon.
3. Transfer the corned beef hash to a serving plate and top with the poached egg. Serve at once.

Simple and tasty!

Foxy, not enough onion and I like mine with the beans juice included and topped with mash. Lovely. A dash of Tabasco is good too (oh and some salt/black pepper) :-D

You cant beat corn beef hash. Lovely fluffy mash with half a tin of corn beef mashed in, put it into a oven dish then a handful of grated cheese on top put in oven for 40 mins serve with baked beans and a lovely bit of french stick buttered yum yum yum my fav meal :-D

Went Aldi shopping yesterday and couldn't be bothered to go to Asda (wrong direction). Wife just emailed me to say she got me some smashed monkey on the way to work. Happy times :-D
