Pringles 73p per tub instore and online at ASDA

large 170g tubes of pringles are only 73p per tub. However, rice ones are excluded.

I believe...and correct me if im wrong...Pringles won a court case that excluded them from paying taxes as they became exempt from paying VAT like other crisp manufacturers, because pringles are not crisps due to the manufacturing process and being <50% potato... Thus, the result is cheaper pringles.

The prawn cocktail ones are addictive!

It's one of the only crisps I actually lick the flavour off before eating. That and discos.

That sounds somewhat similar to the Jaffa Cake scandal. On that basis I think you're probably correct.

good price...the price for pringles is higher elsewhere. its £1.46 at tesco and £1 at iceland...thats way thats good.

going by the latest sainsburys "bargains" - these tins are being reduced to 155g (from 170g)...
