I've always considered the right time to buy these is when they are £1. A mental barrier I cannot break..

Tesco pushing the inflation boundaries... eventually people realised they were being fleeced by their tactical 3 for a fiver deals etc so they lost their market share but have cut their cloth accordingly to deal with Aldi, Lidl etc and are now at it again...

As they said in the 80's & 90's, "Just Say NO! ".

Trying not to buy anymore as the packaging came up as one of the worst things to recycle.

Why not try the street food flavours from ASDA for £1.25 each? Had them last week and they are nice. Not sure what makes Mac and Cheese street food though.

if you take apart a Pringles tube into its component parts, plastic lid, tube and metal bottom it is recyclable.

It's only because the recycling people think it costs too much for them to do it for the return they get, that they say they are unrecyclable

£1 mark has been seared into my head too. Could never understand how it jumped to over £2 as their 'normal' price.

Me too. On those occasions I keep the receipt until it drops to £1 and then I buy it again and return on the original receipt
