Pro Evolution Soccer stands for unique realism and unparalleled control, but with PES 2011, Konami presents the greatest extent of innovation within the series to date. An essential aspect of the new freedom of play in PES 2011 is the new power gauge used for every single kicker. It allows the player to precisely control power and accuracy of very pass and shot, which results in better control over plays and match tempo.

Additionally, this new freedom is complemented with new AI routines that give the players responsibility for every play and decision. Situations where the AI disruptively interferes with the gameplay are a thing of the past. The specially developed control system is another crucial part of PES 2011. Passes spanning several kickers and gaining space now decide between success and failure more than ever. At the same time, dribblings and close control require a higher degree of precision.

As a result, this PES is closer to real football than ever before. PES 2011 is based on the familiar principles of realism and control, at the same time presenting an evolution and reorientation of virtual football.

Features:

* Complete and precise kicker control
* New shot and stamina gauge
* Play the popular Master League online
* Team management utilizes a comfortable drag-and-drop system
* New and refi ned tricks and skills system
* New player animations, improved tackling behavior

I really want this game for this price minus a walkers 10% code.

Recently fifa has been whooping pes but this pes is supposedly better than the last couple of years.

Why? PES used to annihalate Fifa in terms of gameplay, fun etc, they just lost their way on the current gen of consoles, this is a long way to regaining that throne though. Fingers crossed they up the ante again next year as I feel Fifa is starting to stagnate and fall into the same trap PES did

the passing is much improved and some of the player runs are better than fifa but it doesn't match up in other areas IMHO the master league online is a joke, full of glitchy goals

I have loved Pro Evo all my gaming life, but am fully converted to Fifa 11 now. This latest version of Pro Evo is simply horrible. I played it 3 times and got rid of it. I truly hope Konami go back to how it all was, as it is their only chance of clawing back those who have defected to Fifa. This price is £17.90 more than I would pay for it.

Why doesn't anyone bring out a version of the great sega VIRTUA STRIKER 2 which could be found on the dreamcast/gamecube - I just loved the cheesyness of the pinball style footy.

fifa 11 is rubbish, if i was you, sell your fifa 10 and down grade to fifa 09, thwat was the best one out of the 3..

Fifa is so EASY, I can strike 5 goals in each match but passes and strikes in PES made that game more difficult for everybody this year, that's why people are complained, but they dont want to face the true. PES2011 is better!!!

PES 2006, the best !!!

!0 is better than 9 I'm not sure what this chaps on about, now 11 is just 10.5, stick with the one you have, you could pick up 09 for a quid and see if you agree with the other comment but I personally think 10s better, in 09 you can chip too easily and score every time, the other shots just balloon into orbit with no sense of gravity

Great deal, got FIFA and Pro evo, although the gap is closing, still think PES is best!1

I got both of PES11 and Fifa11.
In my experience, PES is better in gameplay, Fifa is better in copyrights.
