cant go wrong for a £5

but why make chips with no value on them , it makes playing after a few beers, interesting to say the least

Ive got this - paid about a tenner for it a year back. Good deal, though never worth 40quid.

Just purchased one

Thanks

tis a good deal... chips without value is a pain, but it means you can just work out your own denominations... or if you are my girlfriend work on colours instead!

One thing with this set... it's not particularly transportable... put it back in the box and all the chips fall out of the slots! It could have done with a kind of plastic cover or something to keep them in when moving them around.

my kid will love this lol

Is the weight any good, I prefer weighty chips.

Very good value for a beginner poker set. I had this one before I got a new set and it does the job nicely.

Voted hot.

Actually proper casino chips weigh around 10g. These chips are cheap plastic ones with metal inserts to make them feel heavier (notice the clinking sound when you drop them on top of each other). Having said that there's nothing wrong with them, they're fine for the non-enthusiast and a fiver is a very good price for 200.

there's some kind of universal colour denominations thing...

the chips in the picture look like the cheap 4g chips.. I'd pay a bit extra and get a better looking and weightier set, though I admit I'm a snob.

£4.99 is a good price, though seems to be £29.99 again now though.

Looks like it has expired... Back up to 29.99.... Shame, it looked like a good deal too!

looks like they had more stock, just ordered now for £8.22 with postage. There are amazon sellers doing it for £29.99 so that might have come up if they were out of stock but they are showing as in stock for £4.99 although right now it's showing "Only 1 left in stock--order soon."

A typical casino uses the 11.5 gram chips that are 39mm in diameter.
