Voted hot, although price including delivery is £3.95, perhaps OP can edit post to reflect this.

Voted cold, as I don't have any hands.

Did you type that with your nose or your knob?

Never heard of the site before but they are also selling kettlebells the new fitness rage storming America, seen it on GMTV yesterday.

I can recommend Newitts. So far I've had a cheap pilates ring, stretch bands and other fitness equipment from them. Always good service.

If you are serious don't buy this (go with a proper punching bag)

What is the current bagain of the century for a proper punching bag.

Yeah this thing is next to useless.. it rebounds too slowly to be any use, you have to prop it up close to a wall so that it bounces off the wall and back at you.. and as there's no weight to it its like punching a pillow..

thanks for this, just ordered with some gloves and a couple of markers for the garden and all inclusive of royal mail delivery came to £12.23. chuffed and not too concerned as just a tester for hubby before we spend a fortune on something bit more substantial. heat and rep added. :)

Don't bother with buying gloves for this folks as there's very little pressure.

It tends to burst and spill water all over the floor after a couple of months of daily use in my experience.

I do have one but I bought it from Argos so that I can get it replaced when it splits again.

For £1.50 these are great for kids outdoor - rugby tackling, practising karate, etc etc. It may not last long before bursting, but it is great fun.

Now showing +£2.45 delivery. Please update title.

I see domestic abuse is now seen as a source of entertainment.

there is NOTHING funny about domestic abuse.

Unless its a clown beating up his wife, then its hilarious.

People have to make jokes about serious subjects sometimes, it helps people deal with them, and people have been laughing at punch and judy for years! I ordered one for my kids to bop in the garden! TY

Let's not get too serious folks, i'm a woman and it hasn't offended me, I don't think anyone here is advocating domestic violence.

Thanks for posting this.:) I've just ordered one for my little lad to practice his karate on!!

Look, for those of you that have had your humour surgically removed, I am not advocating domestic abuse! I do not beat my wife and never have! ( actually I'm just a little scared of her).

Personally I think you CAN make fun out of such serious issues, as it gets them talked about (as we see here) which can only be a good thing.

I appreciate this will likely be bought as an impulse purchase or for kids but how is 5"2 suitable for boxers of all sizes? It's below the average height for both women and men and it's not generally a good idea to buy sports equipment that is cheap as you shouldn't take the risk when training. Value for money it's fine but don't get this expecting it to be any indication of how it feels to hit someone.
