I too would like to know... Tried youtube-ing it but had no joy

just looking a the pic and it looks like you could do:
shoulders, chest, back and arm exercises quite easily.
Not sure about legs? looks like just leg extensions?
#11
Doesn't look too amazing to be honest, bit simple..

Just reserved one, have absolutely no idea what this thing does, but it gets great reviews and for £30 you can't complain. I'll just figure it out as I go, lol.
#13
looks quite sturdy by argos standards
#14
For those who collect in store, can you please let us know how easy/difficult it was carrying.

Ordered one

Bit of a waste of money IMHO.

You can exercise better with just the resistance bands, the frame just restricts you.

orderd mine.some where to put ur clothes

I purchased this when it was posted before. I have used it daily for the last few weeks. Its great for the money.

It also comes with a variety of exercise plans that you can work through, it even tells you roughly how long each plan will take from start to finish. Easily folds up to hide under the bed.

The box was a lot larger than I expected, but it was almost fully assembled. The box was a pain to carry though, I ended up putting it in a shopping trolley to get it to the car.

To me it just looks like a trainer only used to pull the resistance bands on in different positions and at different forces. Looks like you could use some weights on to in one position.

looks good

Didn't something similar to this appear on dragons den inside an arm chair? (_;)

I bought this the other day its quite good for the amount of resistance you get from the bands. also surprisingly solid when assembled. Just be careful when putting it together as the bands are connected to 3 metal tubes, follow the bands in the pic and you will see what im on about. one at the foot plate, one at back and one on top. This is what has to be screwed together and i let the bottom tube rest on the frame while assembling it and managed to scrape the silver paint work.

Other than that its quite a versatile machine with workout for arms chest and it does do you legs as well but it only comes with ONE LEG STRAP. to be honest because it has no handles to hold on to while doing leg extensions you need one leg on the floor to balance you. If you really wanted another you could pop down to an outdoor store pick up a Velcro strap and a carabiner clip it will do the job.

Also as mentioned the big square thing above the seat holds cards that it comes with. Each card has work outs with the machine and they tell you how to do them with pictures and timings etc. the plastic card holder just slots into two slits in the top. it doesnt bolt or screw in so once you have a good routine you like you can just pop it out and it looks a bit tidier but great that its included

This machine also folds up. Its not massive anyway but for storage you can and the back of the machine plastic feet are also wheels for it if you need to move it about so very good.

I have been very happy with it over all though and was well worth the £33 since some sets of resistance bands cost this. Again surprisingly this just does what it says on the tin from a rather lowly brand. I would suggest this would be more a good cardio/tone up tool and not so much muscle building but its just purely my opinion and time will tell. Great machine though!

Kenneth,
Looking at the picture it does not seem obvious(to me anyway) how it folds up.Is it easy to fold up.

Thanks in advance

The people who have bought one, is it worth buying? Is the resistance strong enough?

Yeh definitely

There are 3 resistant bands and they can be clipped together to increase resistance, so it works out to be 7 levels of resistance

Used for a few days, not too bad, one of the rollers is a bit noisy, will need to disassemble and grease or something. It's about repetition though rather than just doing a few sets. Which is fine for me I bought it to use while watching TV. Resistance seems to work out ok, decent enough levels for now. Got some free weights if I want to build muscles.
