If you are trying to build muscle yes. Protein is essential. This is weight gainer which is probably full of sugary carbs, not necessary for bodybuilding.

As they say though, sort out your diet first.
if u want to put on bulk ( lean mass) this is good stuff if ur trying to rip up and loose weight not good depends what u want to do really
thanks ordered three of these!
just see how it goes now :)
This will be useful for anyone wanting to bulk up using simple carbs as the delivery method - its dextose making up 75g of 100g and just 15g protein (which is low). I've bought a couple simply for the dextrose content (as its cheap in at these prices!) and the protein is an added bonus.

Personally tho, i'd advise making your own bulking shake from whey and oats - means it will take longer to digest, doesn't spike insulin levels as much and keeps you full up for longer.
If you took this daily but didn't work out, would you just gain fat?
Well dextrose is as simple sugar and contains about 400 cals per 100g taken. If your daily intake of cals exceeded your BMR you would gain fat yes, if not no.
Picked a few of this supplements up at Argos. At the till it came up at a higher price. However, the manager has said if I bring a printout of the email, 'they will honour it'.

Running 2-5 miles / resistance / Tabatta hyperintensive interval type training etc... no harm at this price as a good supplement to your activities and 'good' diet.
OOppsss, not the weight gain for me :) Other training supplements are on offer, creatine etc. Still hot :)
