Maybe so, but is it really the "World's Best Knife Sharpener"?

No, a lot of time spent with a grinding attachment, then honing it on a stone, or diamond sharpener is better, with use of a steel inbetween of course- and exactly what I used when carrying out Meat Inspection work, when the gear was readily at hand and available all the time, however when I want a sharp knife at home, odds on, someone has blunted it doing whatever with it, like cutting plants outside or whatever, and I haven't got the time or inclination to drag out the gear - with this, THREE strokes and it is 95% as sharp and very usable.
I probably wouldn't use it on expensive knives, it takes a bit much metal off, but it is great on softer knives for everyday use, which if it does strip metal off is no deal as they can be replaced quickly and cheaply. Knives would still last years though!
For the non-expert, you won't get sharper knives any quicker, as it takes about 10 seconds per knife, including wiping it!

I have tried other systems, and they have been almost useless, for a LOT more money, and nearly as slow to use as a proper sharpening regime would be, there is one lying in the shed now!
Rated hot for you mate even though I followed the cheaper link I found something i've been looking for. Thank you.
