Yes i know this is not the best price. Unfortunately if you want it before christmas this may be one of the few options that come up.

Vote me cold if you wish, but im sure there are some out there who want this game and can either sell / trade to cex or give the brain training games as a present.

You can use the £3 off code to bring it down to £45.91?

I've just completed professor layton on DS. Best game by far! Apparently its really sold out everywhere though?

This annoys me greatly: using a hard to get game to sell ones that aren't doing so well, bit like the Wii fit's.

I got mine from Tesco for £24.71..none on the shelf but someone actually looked in the back and found a few. Well worth trying before you get ripped off somewhere online.

These two games together should cost no more than £40 but someone will actually buy this to get the Professor Layton game which seems to be sold out everywhere!!

Title amended :)

Agreed. You should keep on trying supermarkets.

Unfortuately retailers are going to take advantage of the shortage by packing in games which people dont want or are cheap on their own.

A few people i know want this game and ive told them to hold out in the hope they will find the game on its own.

if you can use the £3 voucher, and you do use quidco it makes the two games just over £40 which isn't too bad..but i agree hold out for Professor Layton and it will show up...PC World online had some in stock this morning for £29 inc delivery, and John Lewis online get some in....unless you actually want a Brain game aswell I wont recommend it...this deal actually costs more than buying the games individually at any other time, so COLD from me im afraid

Isn't as bad a deal as people are making out.

£45 with £3 discount. Then dont forget your quidco.

If you lucky enough to have a computer exchange nearby then more brain training will get you £14 cash. So the game will cost you under £30.

Slightly more than other places, but atleast you know you will have the game in time for xmas.

Averaging about £55 on ebay for layton

I tried to buy it in the end as a friend wanted more brain train and I was gonna sell it on for a tenner, however the £3 coupon didnt apply said it was not redeemable against that product. ho-hum:whistling:

Had a look for it on Ebay and wondered what the difference between the covers is? The dark cover is the one i recognise, is the other one an old versions or a non official one or something?

Some are US Versions and some are UK. There is a slight variation in some of the puzzles.

I'm beginning to think I should put mine on ebay. Even CEX are offering over the odds

Back in stock for anyone who wants both games.
