PS Plus 25% discount on 12 month subscription on 5th Sep for 2 weeks. £30.00
Heads Up.
PS Plus 25% discount on 12 month subscription on 5th September for 2 weeks. Making PS+ £30 rather than £39.99.
Taken from posts 11 & 37 from the blog post
Ross, is the 25% discout on PS+ also going to apply to whoever wants to renew the service or is it just for new subscribers? Does the 12 months stack on what I have left?

Hello, yeah that was a little bit ambiguous – 25% off for all purchasers and yes of course, you can stack the 12 months on top of your current subscription.

The discount on the 12 month subscription will be available from September 5th, also for two weeks.
Edit:
It now has an official announcement in Blog post
http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2012/09/04/heads-up-playstation-plus-update-4th-september/
"From 5th to 19th September a 365 day subscription is on sale at 25% off – that’s €37.49/£29.99, down from €49.99/£39.99. Current subscribers take note – annual subscriptions stack, so you can also take advantage of the reduced price."

what about this, now i know some people hate signing up for Littlewoods, Very etc but in the end if you get to save money, who cares. I was thinking about using this if there are no good deals anywhere else.

look at the PSN cards, i know they are the exact amount as the PSN cards but if you open up a account, you get £10 off your first order of £25 or more.

Why not just buy a yearly membership, its cheaper in the end?, Especially now its only going to be £30.

With Very you get charged the full amount then suppose to be credited the discount code but alot of people never got credited hence the hate.

Cheers for the suggestion but I'll skip the Very/littlewoods options as they are unreliable. It's like going for a deal knowing it's only a deal with the cashback.
I've got a "save £6 off a £40 Shop" voucher with Tesco but it says that its not valid on gift cards? Anyone know if I take my weekly shop + a PSN bluray boxed card to the till if the voucher would be accepted or have I got not a chance in hell?
