With the exception of a few reasonable people, you all come across as a real bunch of whiners!! Crying fowl because Sony didn't give you six "AAA" games to play every month. I don't think the idea of PS Plus is that all of the games are going to appeal to everyone and yet you seem to feel personally affronted that Sony haven't been able to account for your tastes each month. It equates to, as has been mentioned many times, £3 a month. If you play the games for just one hour then that is a lot of entertainment for just £3 now isn't it. You don't have to love them, but they're 'free' for you to try them out and see if you enjoy them. Did no one ever used to go to Blockbuster and rent a video for £3 a day? How many times did you hire a real stinker of a film? Did you demand a refund from Blockbuster? No. Sometimes it's not to our liking (I know the video I rented was my own choice and Sony choose the Plus games for me, but for £3 and six games I'm going to see what they let me have each month).

To all of those crying that they are done with Sony and moving to Xbox. See you in the comments section next month for starters, you're here every month. But do you know what? Sony didn't sell you a console so you could only play the Plus games each month, they sold it to you so you could buy full price retail games that will support future PlayStation developement from numerous studios who sell great games every month. Are you the same people who download films off the internet and then complain that cinema prices are too high too? If you don't buy games, you are killing the industry and you are not a true gamer.

"I've never heard of these games!" Oh, they must be crap then by the very fact that you are not aware of their existence. Is that how the world works. Do people never try anything new and have new experiences that they never knew they could have or knew existed? Personally, I'd never heard of Rocket League, the concept was not appealing either. On paper, I was going to hate everything about that game. I gave it a try though, and boy was I wrong to judge it so badly from what I didn't know and the little I had read about it. Pretty much two months solid of my gaming time was spent playing that little gem. I'd never heard of half of the Plus titles, but many of those have been some of the best gaming experiences I've had. And bloody good fun!!

And this brings me on to my final point. Just because a game is technically an "indie" game does not mean it is crap. Sure, there are some dodgy 8 big style games that I've not enjoyed. I hated Hotline Miami and don't get the hype for it, for example, but I still got sucked in to the "one more go" and that means there was gameplay there and it is gameplay that is more important than anything else. The bottom line of a game is that it has to be fun to play, and some of the best and most addictive games ever aren't graphic masterpieces. Tetris is technically an indie game that looks crap (basic) and yet has been huge for many many years (sadly bought up by EA now and the true spirit of the game lost in all the unnecessary game modes needed to keep it fresh for those gamers who demand more than is needed from a title for it to be entertaining). Play a game and then judge it. If you hate all 6 after you've tried them, then OK, this month wasn't for you. If you enjoyed just one game for a few hours, you've had your £3 worth. See you again next month.

Didn't recognise any of those games at all, but watching the trailer videos on the blog, the 2 PS4 games actually look alright, albeit not AAA games or even close (which is fine). Will give them a go for sure.

I do think they are holding out for a big January, to entice new PS4 owners (xmas presents) to subscribe, so may be why this month seems a little underwhelming

You don't need a PS4/PS plus for that mate. Any iOS or android device can play it for you. ;)

They've been holding out for a big month ever since the service started on PS4. I've given up hope at this point...

You are correct, but If they haven't passed my radar already then its not for me. Maybe I just had higher hopes for the christmas time update.

Crap from Sony. Makes it worse that it's Christmas! We had it great back in the PS3 games

they will probably do 12 Christmas deals like every year.

It's too bad VVVVVV isn't cross buy as well, there is a Ps4 version available...
Even if it isn't the best line-up there is 4 Ps4 games when you include the cross-buys so surely at least one must be worth playing :)

Not to rain on your parade, but since plus became a requirement for online play, they've done nothing like that. No sweeteners, the 15 for 12 month deals dried up, blog went massively downhill.

Hopefully I'm proven wrong. Maybe, just maybe...

Thanks god my PS Plus Membership for 12 months ends next month.
I still don't see why PS Players can't realise that Xbox is beating Playstation better titles each month. Oh, hold on... I know... fan boys.
Here, there's no demand from people to get blockbusters titles, but for god sake, put something like Lords of Fallen or any other title that has come out in the past 2-3-4 years.

Seriously, what the actual fudge?!? This is for the players? For Christmas????

Not renewing til they come out with a decent month, which hasn't happened for a while now!

Come on people, don't just hate because you've never heard of them. At least read about them and watch some videos/reviews before slamming them because they're not AAA. Stories actually looks alright.

Pmsl didn't Microsoft give away a baseball game as one of the two games offered last month?

Also Lords Of The Fallen was a PS+ title in September.

That was when they had to entice people to subscribe to it. Now online play is paid for on PS4, they don't have to really bother trying to entice people to subscribe to PS+ as it's required just to play online.

Indy games sale "not buying those they'll be on ps+"

Indy games come on ps+ "screw you Sony, why not put a mediocre 2 year old 'full price' title on there I could buy preowned for a fiver!"

I expect greatness for my £3!!

Big thumbs down from me on this. All look pretty average. Tiny troopers best of a bad bunch.

Doesn't seem a very good month but I haven't played any of the games so ....

That was when the games weren't free, you paid for a random couple of games and a bit of discount each month. When you think about it you're still kind of paying for the same on PS4 and getting free online access. Either way this month is ****
