The PS Vita is the feverishly anticipated portable console brought to you by PlayStation. Two versions of this ingenious handheld have been released, the PS Vita with Wi-Fi, and the PS Vita with both 3G mobile broadband and Wi-Fi enabled. The PS Vita has been engineered to be the best of the best when it comes to both entertainment and gaming, with this keenly developed internet connectivity also providing an incredible social experience.
The PS Vita has completely revolutionised handheld gameplay with the use of two touch panels, along with a front and rear camera. The front and main screen is a five inch OLED (organic light emitting diode) touchscreen, which provides the best quality visuals possible, all graphics revamped and giving the user a visually stunning gaming experience. The rear of the portable system is a touchpad, creating possibly the most innovatively developed handheld console to date. Combined, this duo have engineered the most unique multi-touch gameplay around, as players can directly interact with their games through "touch, grab, trace, push and pull" motions with the use of their fingers on the pad and screen.

"Call of Duty"
"Assassin's Creed"
"Metal Gear Solid HD Collection"
"Zone of the Enders"
"Resistance: Burning Skies" (arguably)
Pretty good. they say around 5 hours for gaming constantly but as a uni student with limited time, mine lasts a week with just light gaming every day or every few days.
Today konami announced that PES 2013 will be released on PS3, 360, Wii, 3DS, PSP and PS2.
No mention of VITA!!
The Vita had the biggest, most varied set of launch titles for any console ever.
This is what some people just dont get. Lots of this big hitters were announced but with no release dates or any screenshots/videos etc.
E3 will be tough for sony believe me. All this talk of loads of big games being announced is all wishful thinking. Nothing has been confirmed yet.

From then, you can enjoy Skype calls on PS Vita. Now you can keep in touch with gamers around the globe while you’re on-the-go as Skype video calling is available for both the 3G and Wi-Fi models.
The Skype app includes free Skype-to-Skype voice calling, as well as high quality video calling that utilizes PS Vita’s front and rear cameras. The Skype app for PS Vita also features a “background mode,” which allows you to run Skype while you are playing a game or using other apps, so you never miss a call.* Plus, with a little Skype credit you can make low-cost calls to landlines and mobile directly from your PS Vita.
Additionally, PS Vita is equipped with a 5″ OLED touchscreen, dual analog sticks, precise rear multi-touch screen, two cameras and a built-in microphone that can be used with any Skype-certified headset.
