Use your PS2 pads (I have two) on your PS3 so you don't have to waste more money on pads you may not even use in the future.

got a "play.com" branded one from the local cash generator 2nd hand for 99p - they are great little things for the odd occasion you want to play one of the few 4 player games that exist for the ps3! Hadnt thought about hooking them up to a pc - good idea.

bought one of these last year and it works fine. I want to test it out with the Guitar Hero PS2 guitar to see if that works.

I got one of these cables a few years back and one day cheekily tried it in on my PS3 and was chuffed to find that it works with the old PS2 pads . Great for when you get the PES and FIFA out with a few beers and yer mates .

No such luck with the adapter I tried about 2 years ago - althoughI can't remember if it was from this shop.
GH2 (PS2) on my PS3 had only one button on the geeetar working - the red one I think.

I got one of these on ebay for £3.09 delivered from the UK. It works a treat with the PS2 controller but don't have GH guitars to try (sold them a while back). Saved me £20-odd quid on another PS3 controller that I might never use.

Don't think I'm allowed to link to the seller or post his username though...?

Whoops, double post.

I bought one on Ebay for about £4. Excellent for those occasional times when 3 mates come round. Great product!
#10
Great find although I may buy it from eBay. Thanks OP.

Oh, this is 2 controllers into one USB? In which case this is even better value. My £3.09 one on ebay was only for one controller - and my Slim only has 2 USB ports.
#12
atleast next gen ps3 controllers will work with ps4.

same with xbox unless they switch to bluetooth.

People might be interested to know that these "should" work with the old PS1 dualshock controllers too. I bought a couple of single adapters from eBay about a month ago and dug out my old PS1 controllers form the loft - now I have 2 sixaxis + 2 PS1 controllers on my PS3 - great for LittleBigPlanet and other games where you'll only occasionally need more than 1 or 2 controllers.

Wish I'd known about this deal though as its two controllers into 1 UsB port!!
#14
cold! get these for about £1.80 on ebay!!
#15
have people ordered from this website before? How does it work with exchange rates and payment?
#16
Anyone know if the buttons work smoothly. Brought adapters before and the buttons needed to be pressed hard in order to function properly as the ps3 controller.
#17
i have a single controller version of these and apart from no vibrate function you wouldnt tell. you cannot use it as a primary controller though as the ps2 controller has no ps button.
#18
I got two of these from DX, they are ok except the vibrate function did not work.

ive ordered from this website before but the delivery took 14 working days and the exchange rate works at what it is when you buy the item and you pay with your debit/credit card

Aha, ive had once of these for PC for about 5 years and never realised you can use it for ps3, heat and rep.

these ones are cheaper and do the same job!
