Shopto are selling the 320GB PlayStation console for a bargain price of £186.85. Most other places have it for over £200 (£248.23 priced at Amazon).
Seems like a good deal and it includes FREE next day delivery!

Anyway looks like it is either out of stock or it was a pricing error as it's no longer available.

Edit: Just remember Shopto offer next day delivery if ordered by 4:30, which would cost £10-15 from other retailers.

yes it can play netflix
yes it can play via DLNA
might have to consider a PS3 then for in the living room, just need to find a place for WII, XBOX360, Acer Revo, APPLE TV and 2 Ipads, not forgetting sweet talking the wife :-)

Side note about the PS3's ability to playback films. Sony installed software via an update to look for audio signatures in films. The software will disable audio playback for the entire film if it detects this fingerprint/signature and deems it unauthorised.
Anyway looks like it is either out of stock or it was a pricing error as it's no longer available.
for informational purpoases though.
If it's up as pre-order, shopto WILL get stock back in (usually within a week) and sell it to you at that price (Or cheaper if it drops)
The only time you won't get it at that price is once it goes to "Unavailable"
I'll wait for the price to drop to a reasonable level before I buy methinks!

I had that when I downloaded American Reunion, it stopped after about 5 minutes with a message.
I got round it by using WIN AVI to create video and audio files and burned them onto a re-writeable DVD which it then played as standard.
I've filled my nephews PS3 up with HD movies - 95% in MP4 format and the rest are HD AVI files. Shame it doesn't play MKV files but it's not that difficult or time consuming to change a file from MKV to MP4.
No problems playing back any downloaded MP4 files, or AVI. Just the one problem with American Reunion.
