For anyone that passed this up when it first came out and missed the instore £20 offer, this is still a good price for it and loads of people are still playing it:

The Eye Of Judgment presents a new style of gameplay where collectable trading cards, embedded with a CyberCode, are brought to life in the 3D game through The Eye Of Judgment's innovative 9 Fields battle mat and PlayStation Eye. The Eye Of Judgment players compete by selecting a coded card and placing it in front of the PlayStation Eye for their respective creatures to come to life and battle on screen. In The Eye Of Judgment, players take turns placing cards as they jostle for control; the winner is the first player to conquer five of the nine squares of the 9 Fields battle mat. The gamer's task is to conquer the Eye Of Judgment board by deploying their cards more skillfully than their opponent.

Players have four ways to play The Eye Of Judgment, single player against their PS3, against an opponent in two-player mode, against an opponent online, or letting the PS3 play out a round with the cards the player owns. The Eye Of Judgment comes with a starter deck of 30 character and spell cards manufactured by Hasbro. Pre-constructed decks and booster packs, sold separately in stores, can be purchased to strategically build the perfect Eye Of Judgmentdeck using the 110 cards unique cards available.

The Eye Of Judgment Features:

* Revolutionary new PS3 gameplay: The Eye Of Judgment is based on traditional trading card games and given a new dimension in 3D by next-generation technology.
* A collaboration: Developed by Hasbro and its Wizards of the Coast subsidiary that produces Magic: The Gathering
* Four ways to play : The Eye oif Judgement offers player vs. PS3, player vs. player offline, player vs. player online, PS3 vs. PS3 using players own deck.
* High Definition PS3 visuals: 3D animated characters and vehicles come to life seamlessly into the on camera view of your Eye of Judgement tabletop.
* One big fun bundle: The Eye Of Judgment comes with PlayStation Eye, 9 Fields mat, stand, a starter deck of 30 Eye of Judgement cards, and a booster pack of 8 cards. More than 100 different characters and spells will be offered via additional Eye of Judgement booster packs and pre-constructed decks, available at major retail chains.
* Socially engaging: The Eye Of Judgment appeals to gamers of all ages and abilities.

you can actually get this in game 2nd hand for £19.99 with camera etc they might not have it in the store front but if you ask they normally have a few in storage. I did this and got a complete package.

obviously the only difference is that it is pre-owned but who cares lol

Heat added and order placed. Thanks Jack-L92, this was a good bargain as I have been looking for a deal on this for some time. Everywhere else I have looked it has been over 60 quids. With the Playstation Eye included, the game is basically free and you will be set for the eventual release of the Playstation Wand/Arc or whatever motion controller thingie Sony will put out at the end of 2010 that needs the Eye to work with.

Keep this in mind as this will be getting hot hot hot.

hot deal.
just a note for any newies, to get anywhere, you need to buy more packs. and the packs are getting hard to come by. if you buy this game prepare to commit more money to it to play it.

I bought this about a year ago for £20 in the Game sale
Eye of Judgement has to be the WORST game I have ever ever played in my whole life!!!

If you are buying for the game dont bother, but the Eye Toy is worth it!

Got this for £20 last year in store - only ever used the eye and ended up selling the lot for about £35 last month! Was intending to buy eyepet instead but havent got round to it yet. Personally I think its a game with more widespread appeal and is £2 cheaper....

Agreed. This is the most pointless, useless, NOT WORKING, game ever created. (Apart from tony hawk ride and time crisis4).

It can depend on lighting, that was the major factor when I had problems, natural light works best, a light above you can cause problems, but get it right and it works perfectly.

I found the game fun and engaging, I was glad to have to think of a strategy and use my brain for once, I only sold my copy last year when I realised I was spending too much money on extra cards!

better to get eye camera and eye pet for just £27.99 from play, then download the 11 free packs for eye pet from the store.
