:)

Cheeky beggars have put the Nokia E90 Communicator in the "sale" at £499.99:

However, it was this price yesterday before the sale started!

If these where a high street store in the UK I am afraid Trading standards would be seriously investing there rather dubious trading practises!

20/12/2007 12:40 EDIT: Oh, I may have been incorrect there... looked at so many E90s recently! OneStopPhoneShop.com [Carphone Warehouse] lists them at £499.99; I think Play.com had then £20-£30 more yesterday.

Ive had it for a long time now...

Its nearly identical to the 360 version.

And since when did graphics warrant a game being good? ;-)

bit off topic but given the E90 was mentioned. Has anyone spotted a better deal for this, even if its with a contract? i'd really like to buy one but its a bit steep at the moment

Because it looks nowhere near as good as the 360 version for some reason, it plays about the same though.

What's the cheapest on-contract & off-contract, you've seen already?

Perhaps we should take this to my dedicated thread?

BFN,

fp.

PS. I've got "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas" [PS3] already too.

Didn't find it poor graphically... and I've got a 10 year old Cathode Ray Tube visual experience, not a HD-TV!

Anybody got any new eyes for sale/trade? ;)

Playing "Medal of Honor: Airbourne" at present, but struggling to remember which button is to actually fire the trigger in the heat of battle. I've presented so many flares to the enemy by pressing what I intuitively thought would be the right button the enemy are going to think I'm just there to hand-out trousers... Yes, I'm pants at this game.

I was disappointed with MOH Airborne straight from the start. First thing was that the look of the graphics really looked old compared to some of the titles now out for the PS3 and I know I am not the only one to notice that the graphics come to a halt when anything exciting happens. It does break up the game play, I expect smooth graphics on a next gen console but this is just far too jumpy to get away with the current price tag. It seems that this is only a PS3 problem though.

Hated the fact that it does not save your current progress when you complete an objective. Many times have I had to go back to the start of a mission after completing a couple of objectives. This became very annoying after a while and although I understand why they made it like this it completely takes the fun out of the game.

To me this games just looks like COD2 just rehashed (COD2 did not have such jumpy graphics). Personally I would save my money and get COD4. Much better and much more entertaining, if you have ever played any of the previous COD or MOH you won't need to play this there is just nothing new in it.

I play it in HD, the colours just look a lot more dull and it's a lot jaggier on PS3.

I have the 360 version as well, and it's my favourite game online, so I definitely gave it a fair look. :)
