The makers of this game have caught on to something great, by selling at this price even though thier profit margins might not be great for each individual game it will enable them to sell more units. Which would obviously equal **** lots of money.
#2
Only £12.95 @ Shopto + quidco (£12.43)

I wonder how much CEX are going to be selling thiers?

Seems like this is now the bench mark price for LBP and they have so much online content on the PS store which they charge for. Either very clever move or just had far too many copies produced for Europe. Either way a game this good gets a hot vote from me.

I think its more likely a marketing strategy from them because although I haven't played it myself it gets good reviews everywhere and was selling rahter well on all the major sites. I think they have massed produced itto maximise profit and take adavantage of this vonourable market but I could be wrong.

Although a few pence cheaper elsewhere and no quidco, after Christmas cock ups from the likes of play.com I would happily pay the extra pound and get it from amazon.

Ofcourse, I have no problem with people buying it from somwhere else, this is just another option. For instance I have a £5 voucher lying there for ages and I can finally use it to get it a lot more cheaper from Amazon so I guess what am trying to say is it might help someone.

Yes agree shopto are pretty good with the stuff I have ordered from them previously and would definately use them over play. Just get used to ordering from amazon to get the Nectar points as well, sad hey?

Sorry Sohood, play expired I voted the Shopto one cold and that was because play one I thought was still avaliable and the £1 diff when you took into consideration quidco and RAC. But I won't vote this one cold quite yet (bet shopto goes out of stock) But shop to is far better value and speedy del. Amazon hold back there del to make you buy better del.
#16
shopto the better option and slightly cheaper
#17

Different people prefer different shops for different reason, so at the end of the day its up you to make your choice m8. I aint mad either way.

Exactly, plus it means the franchise becomes well established and that will translate into a lot more sales of the sequels at £30-40.

always does pal!

New releases do, but older ones have been known to be unsealed on occasion.
Dead Space springs to mind.
