No joy I'm afraid from me.
I had the same grief trying to buy a Blu Ray from Sainsburys last month (only the second time I'd ever bought anything from them). After about 15 attempts of trying to get through Verisign eventually it worked for no apparent reason why it was failing before.
Then after a week of waiting for my Blu Ray to be dispatched I got an email that said;
"We're getting in touch to confirm that an item you ordered recently from Sainsbury's Entertainment has been cancelled by our Customer Services team."
And that was the end of that!

I remember a good while back you could get them for £3 at Game in store, although I'm not sure if that is still the case. Failing that, you can get one for £5 at Cex.
