I *think* all of the ps3 ones are wireless, it's the 360 ones that are wired due to Microsoft's scheming with their wireless technology.

13 quid is good though.

Meant to say, it's not all about street fighter either/ I use my 360 one to make games like Pacman Championship Edition much more playable, Namco Arcade Classics and the Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection is also suited to this pad due to it effectively being a retro pad.

For Beat 'em ups / retro gaming, possibly 2nd only to the USB saturn pad in many eyes, but much cheaper!

You mean a USB adaptor for Saturn pad? Should really get one as I have loads of official V1/V2 Saturn pads, they're amazing for fighters.

No adapter but a USB Saturn pad which works perfectly on the PS3 and PC.

DaRockwilder1 is right, I mean an actual USB saturn pad. Works great on ps3 and pc.

Personally, I have SFIV (and suck at it!) on 360 though so have a wired SF IV Round 1 (Ryu) pad.

Also worth noting, assuming it's the same as the 360 one, that you can change a flick switch on the back to make the D-pad function as both D-pad and left control stick. This allows it to be used for menus etc where the D-pad doesn't ordinarily work.

Would these work for racing

Would it work on racing games? Assume it would navigate x media bar 100%. Going to get it for all the above reasons, very cheap at the price

Just had a look to see if it is rechargable, and it is coming up at £17.95, might hang fire. Nice product though

Great pad and had mine since the release of SF4.

I have had connection Issues after excessive playing times which causes the USB Dongle to stop connecting to the pad. Might be a heat Issue, but unsure.

Madcatz UK on 3 occasions now have sent me a replacement USB dongle by 1st class post.
