I use Very quite a lot and have never had a problem, orders delivered on time, promo codes applied correctly, customer service always very friendly...maybe others have experienced different but I've never had an issue in over 25 orders.
#3
honestly I don't understand the trust pilot thing I've never had any problems
#4
Also happy with Very, they seem to get a hard time on here
#5
I've been using Very for years and never had a single problem, quite the opposite in fact. I think a lot of the negativity comes from people not understanding the payment system then being hit with massive charges. It confused me a little at first so I don't blame them, you can pay off your account which you would think is paying off what you've already purchased but it's not, you have to go in to a separate section to pay off items.
#6
same here for very, i've done buy now pay later, discount codes, claimed for broken things outside of warranty period, no problems and been with them for years. they're surprisingly clued up with consumer rights, more so than other places i've used. i wouldn't hesitate to buy from them
#7
I did the same deal a few weeks back and it just plummeted, Personally Very CS has been excellent and even retrospectively honoured codes and offers. I have never paid RRP for anything Xbox One S, Lego, Storage etc.
I can only assume people have been refused credit in the past and are still crying about it....'Very cold vote' without even looking at the deal!
I wonder what HUKD would look like if we only voted hot???

just applied for credit with them now and got accepted so have ordered the ps4 with buy now pay later 12 months, does that mean I won't get charged intrest in the 12 months?
#9
Provided you pay it off within that 12 months. I did the same last year, & just paid off the cost divided by 12 every month as if it was a payment plan.

That's what 'Buy now pay later' means
#11
Never had any issues with very. Been using them for about 3 years now due to their buy now pay over 12 months with 0% interest.

I've never had any issues with Very, those TrustPilot reviews seem harsh, but I guess we could all just be a minority :P
banned#13
I don't get why this is cold. Very is a good reliable company and this is below the RRP price so if anything, it should be hot.

Guess it works like this: If you're happy - you don't have much of a reason to bother posting a review. If you're not happy - you'll post a negative review asap.

I pre ordered mine from tesco with the double discount it came to £263. they took the money yesterday for it
#16
Thanks for the feedback guys, tbh i cant see a cheaper price anywhere else so i think i will take a chance with them, hopefully everything runs smoothly 8)

I don't like very, but voted hot anyway. I wanted to cancel an order, but changed my mind. Rang them up and said I don't want to cancel the order, and the guy said he would put a note on my account. It got cancelled the next day. They then refused to apply the discount code again, saying they would put a note on my account to give me cash back at the end. I told them I couldn't trust notes on my account after they cancelled my order. Closed my very account the next day.

Tl:Dr Good price, don't like very.

So if i understand this correctly you used a promo code for an item and then you cancelled the order, then whilst they were in the process of cancelling your order you decided to phone them up and cancel the cancellation that they were already processing, so your order was cancelled. Then the promotion code you were using previously had expired so you didn't get the promotion, Is that correct??

pretty good deal, cheapest price at the moment. tempted to wait until release / black friday but the best price out there now so heat

Apparently the pro will also improve visuals on your current 1080p TV as well, my new 4k HDR tv is coming on Thursday and saying im excited is a big under statement :D
#22
i reckon there's a chance this will go lower, also suprised there are no bundles announced yet. on the fence whether to order this yet

4k tv arriving next week and ps4pro before xmas - haven't had a ps4 yet this gen, just xb1 so will be fun to jump into uncharted / infamous and the like in (semi) 4k

Yes you will have 12 months to pay off the PS4 pro just make sure you select the BNPL 12 months option when you buy it, then enter the code and finally complete!
I also choose free click and collect from a nearby newsagent to save on delivery but that not might be an option for some

No.

I sent an email in on a Sunday morning asking to cancel an order. I then spoke to them Sunday afternoon (they called me to confirm the order) and I said I categorically did not want the order cancelled. I then sent a further email saying "don't cancel it".

On Monday PM I got an email saying they had cancelled it. Disregarding the supposed note left on my account. I then sent numerous emails and didn't get a response until the promo code had expired, some days later. They then refused to lower the new orders value and claimed they couldn't apply 10% to an existing order or provide a code for a new order.

I can't see why they wouldn't, just their customer service department take days to respond and don't seem to be able to deviate from script.

I just lost confidence with them, and with it being my first experience with them I had no loyalty.

I like many others have never had a problem with Very, I'm sure you'll get your £30 as promised. The only reason the other poster had issues is because he cancelled which regardless of any note on his account would also cancel the offer, as the offer is a one time use per customer it's no surprise he's having problems.

Heat added, cheapest around and pay in 12 months, can't be bad.

If you have Topcashback then the Tesco deal looks good:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/ps4-pro-1tb-4k-console-available-order-again-for-332-49-tesco-direct-2534562

With 1.57% cashback that should bring it down to the Very price, not to mention the Clubcard points, plus we have a Tesco credit card, just shoved it on that, 0% until March 2017 and more clubcard points.

The thing is i cant add my credit card to top cash back. Every time I've tried it just says i need to reload the page. Can you only have 1 card registered with TCB?

Very = cold

Sorry :)

OMG i wish i listened to the reviews on TrustPilot, i ordered this yesterday,
i then cancelled only hours later,
the £349 has now been credited to my very.co.uk account,
now they are refusing to credit my credit card with the funds saying that cause the credit card isnt saved on their system it means its impossible to give me a refund.
What an absolute ballsh!t company.

Then the bloke on phone told me i needed to phone my bank to get Indemnity,
i phoned my bank and they said that indemnity only works if
the transaction inst approved, but since it has been approved
and the transaction is processing indemnity isn't applicable.

Ive got a massive headache from this, what can i do now??
Any help will be much appreciated

I'm not sure what you mean?

You don't need to add a credit card to TCB - you are buying from Tesco.com, not TCB...

makes me wonder how very are going to credit the £30 cashback to us then if they cannot refund to card

you have proof they said they would from the online chat session you did

It is on there T&Cs that they will refund you back to your card if you paid that way,

I did phone them back up today and spoke to another lady and she confirmed that the money will be refunded to my card in 3-5 days, (we will see what happens)
