Had a quick browse in some stores today and noticed in HMV they have Street Fighter V currently for £17.99 (probably to match the recent pricing online).

Good time to pick this latest installment of Street Fighter up as with tomorrow's update all of season 1's DLC will be available in-game, bringing the playable roster to 22.

Cinematic story mode, character prologues, nostalgic stages and themes. SFV is finally getting into a good state and there's no better time to jump on board, especially with the game under £20.

That's going to stick out like a beacon,(or is it a sore thumb ?) next to their usually overpriced stuff
Also £17 in Asda if that's any help
Heat for a reasonable price and taking the time btw

I wonder if Capcom's subbed retailers on stock to push it a little given the incoming update and then that will be the roster at least until next year. I wouldn't be at all surprised.

To those on the fence, now's the time to jump in and have some fisticuffs with the rest of us on SFV.

Seems like everywhere is trying to sell this off. Hope it's not because the Super Turbo Hyper Championship Edition is coming out soon to replace it. ;)

PS: This is just a joke as I believe Capcom said they won't be doing that this time. Then again Capcom also said they weren't pre-loading DLC onto the games disks and then charging for access to it later and they were lying.

I got this at launch - barely played it, haven't touched it since May. Have I missed anything good?

A proper story mode a few months ago, and now a new update including more DLC characters and game modes
