Thanks for this, It was showing unavailable for me also, added a card and then managed to get it !

You need to add a debit/credit card onto your account and should let you buy it I believe. It does say the card must have been active for 30 days but it let be buy them with no issues.
Funny thing is that someone has scratched a ton of these cards and taken a picture which is what you get, which is pretty awesome that somebody did it. I hate scratching those damn cards.
