Suppose it isn't bad if you want digital, but most of these games can be had for far far less than the price stated in the first comment, e.g. You can get the witcher 3:GOTY for £19, evil within for around £7/£8

cold, all the prices have been tripled before the offer started.
#5
Hmmm, most of those titles have been half that price before so it's not much of a BOGOF. Witcher 3 is the only one that represents any real value I'd guess - but you'd have to pair it up with another massively overpriced title.
#6
Sorry, gets a cold from me, most if not all of these games have been cheaper just to buy on their own in previous sales.
#7
awful

Heat for the effort, but this will go arctic.

I got AC unity in the black friday sales, when I played it on pc it was unplayable, kept getting stuck in scenery and had to restart. thoguht the ps4 version would be better, its barely playable at least, everytime I open a chest I teleport a few meters away, still glitchy and buggy trash.

Was just thinking the same. I remember they did this last year too...
#13
Would be totally worth it if there was something else to go with the ultimate edition of Sniper Elite 3... but there is not :(

Odd, this never happens to me.

It is easily the buggiest AC game though. Jumping and camera angles are intensely frustrating.

I actually didn't think it was that bad, but might be helpful to some people. Granted most of it is tosh, but there will be a couple people who will benefit.

I was looking at The Last of Us and Sniper Elite Ultimate for £34.99 for both - so around £17.50 each. Not bad imo.

sonys greed know's no bounds most of these were cheaper when the launched, looks like most have went up by at least £10

"The Evil Within - £29.99"

What the heck man. Just bought this for less than a fiver on Xbone. Surely this is the most expensive it's been on PSN since it actually came out? :D

The Ultimate Edition has been as low as £7.99? Wow, that's worth waiting around for in case it goes that low again. However, you could be waiting for something that doesn't come. I was hoping they'd discount The Last of Us in the last sale, but they didn't :(

basic climbing seems to have gone downhill, the first game had better controls I feel.
having unlocked chests behind locked doors is a real pain in the ass, feels like I cant explore anything until I finish the main story

Even if I help one person save some money, then I feel as if my time has been well spent :)

most games are cheaper retail.

Is anyone even surprised? they've really dropped the ball this gen big time. Can't help but think the problems Microsoft had at the start of the gen meant Sony felt they had 'won' this gen before it had even begun.

But as everyone above keep pointing out: this ain't saving anyone money.......it's SCEE's same old smoke n mirrors bolxxxxs, pardon my French, but nearly all these games can be had in physical copies new for less than half the price you've got listed above.

i would agree IF sonys sales on the whole were not better than microsofts, but saying that this is just a dreadful sale.

but sales are about the only thing sony do better than Microsoft. you always see better stuff from the company behind(apart from nintendo )

Yeah, it takes an infuriatingly long time to get the later lockpicking skills to explore everywhere.

I think most of their ideas in Unity were fine, but they went about it in a really hamfisted kind of way, and rushed it, so it ended up super-buggy.

I also don't rate their storytelling in Unity and Syndicate either. They don't feel connected to the AC story arc at all. Just generic historical romps.

This is a terrible deal, Sony need to sort it out and get some decent sales on, Black Friday sale wasn't great either.

Whoops I accidentally voted hot :).

the RRP is strong in this one

I start to think its not worth renewing my plus anymore kepp ps4 for singleplayer and get pc or xbone for anything else. Because its getting worse and worse.

Sony taking a bit of a kicking what with this and the most recent PS+ games
#36
makes me laugh how much Sony charge for digital download. might be time to make the switch to Xbox when you look at what PS plus games are on offer this month.
#37
some of these games should of been free on next PlayStation plus for December!

Eh? you do know most games are the same price on both consoles?

really what a stupid reason to get rid of your console, because of the plus games?
