Cheers! H&R added. Now just need to find a good cheap Dab Ipod dock :)
#7
Thanks OP - H&R added. Ordered but I think that although the Amazon parcel tracking is all well and good it means waiting in all day for HDNL.

Link not working.

Correct link to product is HERE

Bought one of these over 18 months ago (paid over £60 :-( ) - nice DAB radio, recommended. The charge pack (Pure VL-60923 ChargePAK C6L ) is expensive at thirty quid but is a real boon if you regularly need the radio away from a mains connection e.g gardening or whatever.
#17
Does the code work with other Pure radios? I'm after a new DAB alarm clock.
#18
Nice one Fella was wanting to get this for a long time but was waiting for a better price. h & r!!!!!

Not really, HDNL usually leave with a neighbour

Why oh wh do these things not come with rechargeable battery packs included in the price!
#27
I've had one of these last 2 years, great radio, fantastic sound for a small unit. You can turn it right up and the sound doesnt distort.

Takes ordinary batteries too, good deal.

No it doesn't, if you want to use it on the go, you need the ChargePak, which is £20+

Bit of info hope this helps
ONE Classic offers up to 40 hours of portable listening per charge of the optional rechargeable ChargePAK C6L, reducing the cost to you and to the environment. Alternatively six standard C size alkaline batteries will give you up to 80 hours play time.

Ordered.

I've been looking for an iPod/iPhone dock for a while that also has a DAB radio but came to the conclusion that they aren't cheap. This is a much better option as I just need a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable and another charger cable for iPod/iPone (if I also need to charge) to sit next to the radio for whenever I need to play stuff.
#31
Great find thanks!
#32
Just ordered one, it say's there are only four left in stock, so hurry up if you want one.
#33
very good mono radio, perfect for the kitchen. voted hot.
#34
wibbleboy has the wrong radio, that one (mini) probably doesn't take normal batteries, but the one classic one here does. I bought 6 rechargeable duracell, but even they only last about 4 days of nominal use, so the charge pack sounds a good investment if it's not going to be plugged into the mains most of the time.

Not where I live!
#36
Why has this been expired? - still in stock at the moment.
#37
I've just ordered another as they are still in stock. Have also reported to mods/admin to unexpire.

Remember you also get £2 MP3 credit for downloading music since you spent over £10. I got an email confirming I've been credited with £2 so I just downloaded an album and it only cost me 99p. The credit is already in your account - all you need to do is choose your music and checkout, it takes off the £2 automatically.

Now seems to be up to £50 (£40 with the code)

I ordered one as a fathers day present for myself from my kids to replace our not very good big expensive Roberts DAB radio; DAB reception is terrible where I live in Bracknell. Sadly we threw away the Amazon packaging and the DAB reception is even worse than on the Roberts. So I'm stuck with a used once perfect condition radio that doesn't work in my house.
