#4
great price, cheers op

Ordered one ! Just been checking it out and this looks like a really hot deal.

Love the idea of rewinding 15 mins.

Is it possible to store a particular 15 mins, for instance if you want to keep listening to a song over and over again?

we have the older pure one and its a great unit
only use it for when in the shower and the like so not worth upgrading for us
#7
Thats a great price. Normally 50 quid or so. This is DAB+ compatible so future proof unless someone tells me otherwise
#8
Can't believe this hasn't gone hot yet?, Nice one OP

This seems to have everything DAB and FM reception plus a USB connection for future upgrading.

Stunning price for one of these, very useful if anyone wants one for the bedroom or garage, or shed and doesn't like usual chart rubbish on the radio like myself and is thankful for the likes of 6Music.

nice find hot

Heat added ,thanks for the post, hope it`s not another miss-price !

I work in the building trade, it has been dropped on a number of ocations and still works good as new. Even with the aerial snapped half way down it still picks up reception without interference. Great sound, great little radio.
#16
Heat from me, just ordered one, thanks.
#17
Does this come with an ac adapter?
#18
Superb, just ordered one! 8)

Scolding hot !! Ordered.. Thanks !

Tempted - have a DAB/Internet radio already but it is mains powered only so like the portability of this radio...

Is the "optional rechargeable ChargePAK C6L" something you have to buy separately, and if so how much is it?
#23
I have the non eco older one and it really is superb.I was not one for going into the whole DAB experience but after using it i would never go back!Only one word of warning,i havent checked of late but i remember when i got my radio i bought the optional battery pack and it was very expensive, pretty much the same price that i paid for the radio (Approx £35) but im sure you might get one alot cheaper on ebay or something like that.

It's labelled as technology clearance so I suspect there's a new model coming out since it was first launched in 2007. Still it's a good price though

The specs say it comes with a mains adapter

Is the "optional rechargeable ChargePAK C6L" something you have to buy separately, and if so how much is it?

Yes loop it is optional, doesnt come with it.Just checked after posting my last message and on google shopping the battery pack is ranging from £25 upwards. It is alot of money (Bit silly these things cost more than the radio!) but i have found since buying mine it is a must have and does hold a long charge.

So realistically you can add £25+ to the cost of the radio if you want to avoid forking out for 6 batteries every so often.

Fantastic deal, I've ordered one.
#32
Buy the Apple charger instead!
#33
Apple charger?
#34
Ordered, been after a cheap DAB, Thanks
#35
awesome, I've been wanting one of these for ages and I also got a discount of £1.80 (they still have an old student card loaded onto my hmv account).

Hopefully get some Quidco on that too.

Total amount payable £16.19

Looks like all the Pure One range can use either mains, battery or the chargepack.
