Nick (Chris Evans) and Cassie (Dakota Fanning) are among a group of unique individuals who have inherited and developed special psychic abilities that originated from human experiments conducted by the Nazi regime during World War II. They find themselves on the run from Carver (Djimon Hounsou) and his troops, part of a clandestine government agency determined to hunt them down to harness their powers for evil.

With Lenticular Sleeve - Tilt the sleeve in your hands and watch the image change!

Similar price at Tesco/Amazon but this appears to be the standard version rather than with the Lenticular Sleeve

Where does the Trainspotting comparison come in??

I watched this yesterday, and it was an average straight to DVD type film
#10
I did enjoy this film, it had some clever touches in it. I mainly got it for Dakota Fanning, I think she's a very talented young actress.

I also can't understand the 'trainspotting' link though.

Was this that completely forgettable film set in Hong Kong?....

awful film, like a really poor episode of Heroes.
If your 16 you might like it if your an adult forget it.

The setting was the bit I liked most about this film. The locations were great, I did like the film, another guilty pleasure.

The straight to DVD comment is warrented. It doesn't really have enough in any area to make it stand out. But it coasts by and is a decent popcorn muncher. Don't think its one I'd rewatch very often.

Its like jumper with worse special effects.

Jumper could have been a good movie but it appears to have been made to appeal to 14 year olds....

Meh film, prequel comic didn't help it any, no resemblance to train spotting and Dakota Fanning isn't very convincing when swearing.
