How are you finding the Picos? Got to rig up my pair of Zensor 1s...

Would you go for these or the Dali Zensor 1? They have been on my hit list for ages.

They're this price on Amazon too (fulfilled by amazon) if anyone prefers prime delivery. (Go for Peter Tyson for the 5 year warranty)

I've got these as my fronts, and was considering the 3010 for rears as they'd fit into the bookshelf I have back there, but it seems crazy not to get these!

I have asked this on the Sevenoaks thread as well but ....

When my brother upgraded he passed on to me a Marantz PM-7200 amp with a pair of Mission M71 speakers.

Sounds pretty good with cds and a chromecast audio but I would like possibly to replace the speakers for something a bit more modern looking to match a pair Atacama Aurora glass stands I picked up.

Would these be an improvement sound wise on the M71's?

Really enjoy them. They where my first experience with Dali and I ended up getting the Dali Vokal for my centre. I did consider the Zensors 1's as my fronts but I think you get a better range when mixing speakers rather than having them all from the same range so I've got Diamond 220's at the front and they sound great together. Let me know what you think of the Zensor 1's!

so these don't plug in directly to a TV, right?

No, you either need an amplifier or an AV Receiver to power the speakers.

Will do matey. I picked up the Denon DAB40 and the Zensor 1s for around the £320 mark a few months ago and I need to get them opened up. Did consider the Pico's but wanted something with a bit more oomph. But, the Picos do look amazing:-)

I've got these in a 2.0 set up with a Marantz Nr1506... I really recommend this. The power ratings are complementary, and the 3020s bottom out at 64Hz - I did get a sub at the same time but it sounds better without! I use them mainly for big drama box sets and music. Occasionally I watch blu ray and they always sound good... The low grade stream on NowTV does sound pants sometimes (me and the missus asking 'what did he say') but that's more an issue with the source material than the equipment. Good quality 320kbps mp3s sound amazing (I can't hear the difference on any equipment between 320 and Flac!)

I paid £180 for my pair so heat added for £30 off
