Excellent quality shower head kit.
The package is 51cm * 33cm while the shower head is 20cm * 20cm.
It can be used just to replace the head alone or fit the diverter to use either/or both a hand held and this head.
The chrome bracket on the left of the image is the wall stand-off bracket for the head.
Can be delivered to you local Argos store for free so £1.99 all in.
Also available on No1Brands4You own site for £1.79 but you need to add P&P.

The stand-off square bracket carries the water through it. You attach the supplied hose to the bracket by the wall and the head at the other end of the bracket.

In an electric shower, this looks like it would result in little more than an overhead dribble.

Would be more effective in something with more pressure behind it than an electric can manage ....
