1. Open to UK, CI and IoM residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, their immediate families, associated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Entrants must be registered Nectar card holders.

3. The promotional period is from 08/09/2010 to 28/09/2010.

4. Closing date for final entries is midnight 28/09/2010.

5. To enter, consumers must;
a. Purchase a tin of Quality Street 1KG during the promotional period
b. Swipe their Nectar card at till to receive automatic entry into the prize draw.

6. No purchase necessary in Northern Ireland. To enter, email [email protected] stating your Nectar card number. Only one entry per week, per Nectar card number, no bulk entries will be accepted.

7. There are three prizes of 1,000,000 Nectar card points to be won. Winning Nectar points will be added to the winner’s Nectar card account by midnight 30/12/2010.

8. Winners will be selected from all valid entries received by the closing date, by means of an independently supervised random draw.

9. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

10. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw (by telephone, email or in writing), and given full details of their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize eligibility and award the prize to a reserve, drawn at the same time as the original.

11. Prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash or alternative prize available. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, in the event of any element becoming unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances outside of their control.

12. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for technical issues that occur as part of the promotion.

13. Participants in the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of their Prize.

14. By entering the free prize draw, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the free prize draw without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation the entrant’s name and/or image and statements concerning the price draw and/or prizes.

15. The winner’s name and city/county will be available after 06/10/2010 by writing, enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope to Capture Marketing Ltd, 1 Forge Cottages, Ealing Green, London, W5 5EG.

In my local Asda where these are 2 for £10 they also have chocolate snowpeople.

i work in main distribution centre for sainsburys and **** loads of these and celebreations are on there way out plus we have all the christmas stuff in [couldent believe my eyes]
£5 is still a lot for a tin of sweets imo, but then im a tight-****..
