I think there will be a price hike on these items everywhere before Christmas. Best buy now , methinks.

also 5 in tesco, sainsbury, and 2 for 10 in asda, so it really depends which store you hit first :-)

They're a fiver absolutely everywhere at the moment. As people above have said, they're also £4.99 or £5 at Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda, and Morrisons as well, I think. It's a good price but I voted cold because this isn't in particular a hot deal.

Saw them in a Tesco Express window for £5 today

Does anybody actually LIKE Quality Street?

You have to be kidding!!! The strawberry and orange creams are yucky and the ones always left in the tin in my house, I do save them and give them to my friend who loves them though.

I disagree. These will be £5 everywhere up until Christmas apart from a short term special offer in Asda / Morrisons where they will be on offer for £4. That is the offer to look out for and the time to stock up!

They are not £4.99 at Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda, and Morrisons as far as I know.

They are £4.99 at Lidl - which I think is the cheapest deal currently available - unless you know different.

Do you have a source for this short term deal at Asda/Morrisons please?
Do you know when the deal will start?

Or is this just speculation on your part?

Fyi, the price of QS at Netto, which is owned by Asda, is also £5.00 currently (so alreday more than Lidl) but will be increasing to £6.00 on 24th October 2010.

The title of this deal is very clear as to what the deal refers to.
If you have no interest in this deal, why have you even bothered to enter this deal and post?

A little puzzling that several perfectly acceptable and normal posts from various people have been deleted from this thread. Know anything about it, Premier?

Informed speculation. It has been the same for the last 2 years and there is no reason to suppose it won't happen again this year. Last year Asda was first to do it, the year before it was Morrisons. It has happened in the last 2 years sometime in November if I remember rightly.
