i only went in to get some £1 chocolate oranges, got 16 of the blighters so everyone at my office has a little treat with their christmas card

no doubt someone will try and sue me as they are diabetic but hey ho.

'had' and 'offer' being the operative words. They quickly sold out so many people were unable to buy them.

When new stock arrived, they were then being sold at £5.00 each (no multi buy deal available). That's the price they have remained at ever since, save for the reduction in VAT from the beginning of this month where the price reduced to £4.90 to reflect the lower VAT rate.

cheaper than woolworths and their 50% sale

Good deal. Shame it's only Quality street though - I much prefer Celebrations and Heroes.
