  Great show. It's on ITV3 (I think) all the time, so I've got about 20 eps waiting to watch at home. FF through the adverts.

  Theorizing that one could time travel within his own lifetime, Dr. Sam Beckett stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator and vanished. He woke to find himself trapped in the past, facing mirror images that were not his own and driven by an unknown force to change history for the better.   Shame the DVDs had music changes (which happens too often with TV series, annoyingly studios being stingy and not get the copyrights for the songs), and also obviously this is not in HD.
  
  Bluray release would probably be too much to ask, but offcial HD Digital downloads with original music intact should be ok? quite a bit of time & effort needed to cap all the ITV4HD episodes by myself.

  Sad?!?!? I remember I locked myself in the bathroom and sobbed like a baby for ages. :(
  It was heart rendering to find out that [SPOILER ALERT] if he wanted to he could have time travelled back home whenever he wanted to.
  And at the last moment after learning of that he decides to carry on Quantum Leaping to further help the down trodden.
