The clock-stopping, heart-pounding adventures continue in the third extraordinary season of the Emmy Award-winning Quantum Leap. In these 22 thrilling episodes, Dr. Sam Beckett (Scott Bakula) leaps from one exciting identity and time to another, still chasing his dream to return to his present, and desperately hoping that time is on his side. Sam's a Navy Seal, a beauty pageant contestant, a bounty hunter, and a rock star (who really sings!). He even voyages to his 16-year-old self, exploring his family's history and striving to change their tragic past. Returning to guide the action-packed journeys is smart-mouthed Al (Dean Stockwell), a holograph that only Sam can see and hear.

Blah/101 are just fine. I've used them for years and never had any problems.

They seem to have cleaned up their act a bit. I got S2 of QL from them a while back and LOADS of people on here got the Dumb and Dumberer twinpack for 89p so your comments are like a piece of stale and mouldy bread:p:giggle: ;-)

How did Quantam Leap end? Did Sam finally make it home? Did he remember his adventures if he did?

That's only because the films were terrible they had to charge something to get them shifted :p
As for them sorting out their act I'll wait and see. :)

Well if you remember the Boxset fiasco you'll know i'm not exactly their biggest fan either:giggle:

Having said that though i'm not of a mind to cut off my nose to spite my face. Nothing ventured, nothing gained etc.

OT but in the US they're currently screening a new QL time travelling type series called Journeyman, might be one to watch out for:thinking:

Sam Beckett leaps into himself, in a strange bar with a bartender who may or may not be God. The bartender explains he can go home whenever he wants but Sam realises that if continues to leap he can change peoples lives for the better (and he owes Al a favour ie he has to convince Al's wife Beth not to remarry when Al is missing in Vietnam).
It ends with text saying Beth never remarried and she and Al had 4 children. Final text says "Sam never returned home" or words to that effect...

They are renowned for cocking up prices to get people to visit their site and then cancelling the orders.

Amazon have also been pretty terrible with pricing errors this year.

101cd has to be the undisputed champion. Blah don't seem to be as bad as 101 even though they are run by the same monkeys, I mean company.
