This stuff is vile, but really good for those starting a new years weight loss plan!
Quark is wonderful stuff, pity the same cannot be said for Fat Free.
What about Rom and Nog? :p
lemon is nice with sweetener added for deserts

Quark is great stuff. It is an excellent fat free creamy thickener to food. Only put it in at the end. For all those people wanting to lose weight this is a great alternative.

Super high in protein, mix with honey and seeds for a quick snack or a protein powder. Use as a replacement for yoghurt. Great price too
How cheesy is this stuff?

Can it only be bought with gold pressed latinum..
Wonderful stuff for making a low calorie cheesecake for those new year dieters.

isit just the lemon on offer?
I've only been able to find quark in Morrisons and Sainsburys up till now but must have a look in the Tesco branches near me. Thanks OP. Great find. x

Never tried this brand but I loathe even the smell of cheese and I used to eat plenty of fat free Quark when I lived in Germany. If it is made well it should taste like a slightly thicker and airier greek yoghurt. I get the impression from comments here that this one is a bit cheesier. Might give it a go at this price.

It's not a good choice of protein post workout due to it's slow absorption, a better choice before bed.

Is it strange and charming?
Dem gains!

The fundamental building blocks of all mass gaining!

I believe mine were down and at the bottom, although i have also had ones up and at the top.

What is your favourite flavour?
