Not if you trap a field mouse in the box and then leave it in a car all day with all the windows closed.

Got these from Morrisons last week same price, they're nice. If unaware, I bet most people wouldn't realise they weren't southern style chicken burgers.
#16
lol tesco are starting to roll out these bargains to get in as many customers as they can as this zionist supporting company are starting to lose some due to the boycott!

Why?

Because their so called offers treat people like they're stupid. The 'was £2.50' bit is a lie. It's a cynical ploy to make people think that the deal is better than it is, something they have previous form for, and is probably one of the reasons they're losing customers in droves.

Industrially processed slime mould. It's funny that people consider this stuff 'food' and are prepared to put it inside their bodies. Oh well.

2 pack of quorn beef style and red onion burgers are a £1 in asda, also very scrummy and a bit thicker

I don't know a single retailer that doesn't do this?

Smell the coffee. These big fishes like Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda are sending a percentage of their profits to Israel to kill innocent children. They should not be buying Israel produce when perfectly good produce can be brought from local farmers. Boycott Tesco, Sainsburys & Asda. END OF!

I knew tesco was pure evil. Seriously though, what? The irony is a lot of aid comes from Israel who provide this despite rocket attacks from the region they are supplying. Do you know innocent Israeli children have died too? I don't think we can take sides in this horrible violence, just encourage peace.

I imagine lots of retailers do this. Doesn't bother me really. If it's a good price when I am looking to buy it I'm happy..

This price is still the cheapest you can get these at the minute, no matter what the previous price was.
I always check the other supermarkets before I post now.

It's a mycoprotein - like a mushroom.

Yes it's industrially processed - avoid processed food as often as possible.

But this is far better for health than eating meat. It also has quite a lot of protein which is useful.

If you look at the price graph on the following Mysupermarket link you will see that they have been £2.50 for a large part of the year.
They have been reduced before, but not as low as £1 for the last year at least:

http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/tesco-price-comparison/Frozen_Vegetarian/Quorn_Burgers_4_per_pack_200g.html

It's a shame you felt the need to sign up to the site just to make that incorrect observation.
I work hard to search out good deals and do my research before I post things.

There is a "boycott tesco" thread in the misc section if that is your issue, but if you're going to join it you may want to avoid the shouty capital letters as it doesn't usually go down well.
Welcome to hukd.
