No idea if this is nationwide. Just seen these whilst doing a shop at Tesco Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff. Not sure how they taste but worth a try for 37p! Read More

Bought some in the Lincoln store, still in the freezer so yet to try them

Unbelievably herby is how I'd describe them... a bit disappointing really, especially when compared to proper Kiev balls (wife is veggie and I'm not, so I've tried both). No real garlic taste and just loads and loads of herbs.

Worth a try though if you've not tried them :)

They are not great. If you're going to have them I would recommend melting some butter and adding some chopped garlic or garlic granules so that you have something to dip them in to as they can be quite bland.

Great price thanks

Please post the weight. It's not a deal if it's only 50g or 100g.
#6
It's the 220g packs.

These were selling at £1.99 in Asda last night. Hot Deal!
#14
good price but they are manky

Yuk !!!!

I'd rather eat the 37p...probably more nutritious too !!

i agree - im veggie and they are so so dissapointing. I bought some when they wer proper price and saw them cheap the other month too and refused to buy them! good deal if you like tasteless nastyness - otherwise give it a miss (although not much you can actually get these days for 37p!)

yup, bit dry was my opinion too.

But for 37p worth cooking with a suitable sauce or dip.

i got 4 boxes last week they are horrible and im a veggie lol so they must be bad . they are as dry as a bone and just tast of herbs . tesco veggie kievs are good

Just got back from buying 10 boxes. Never tried them before.
Microwaved 3 kievs for 30 seconds. Eaten them with humus, and Encora hot and spicy source.
Brilliant. Thanks for the post. No shelf edge lable in my Tesco so I would never have bought them otherwise!
