R.U.S.E for PC £8.99 on Play.com (Steamworks) + Quidco
Was on "sale" for £20.09 or something on Steam a few days ago. This is the Steamworks edition, so you're getting the exact same thing in a retail box.
Not bad for a three month old game! 76 on Metacritic, although some have slated it for not being an "old-school" RTS.
Quidco as well.
Edit: apparently the game is getting free DLC this month too.

Because it ships with SteamWorks. Google it.

RUSE did seem like an interesting concept, but after those reviews I'll definitely stay away. I know a few people who were excited to play the game, but were put off by the free beta that they did on Steam a while ago. Those reviews seem to confirm what the beta feedback was.

Feedback on the RUSE Steam forum isn't great either.

Those reviews are basically attacking the game for not being an "old-school" RTS. 76 on Metacritic, so fair enough for the price.
