Beware- this covers a specific vehicle, not you as a driver of any vehicle. I took out a similar policy with the AA only to find that my vehicle was excluded by the conditions as it was over ten years old. They charged me regardless, of course. I don't know the conditions on the RAC "per vehicle" deal, but advise you to actually read them this once.

The AA has sent me countless letters and emails trying to get me to renew! The car hasn't gotten any younger.

Update- similar condition in RAC deal:

"Please note: Standard Roadside cover with Vehicle cover is only available for vehicles over 10 years old when chosen together with At home or Recovery options OR when you choose Personal cover."

So you can't get this for older cars (no cashback on cover including recovery option).

Also available through TCB- among other things to make sure it tracks, they say "allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window".

Thank you for taking the time to participate on the forums. The price has been amended as the listed deal price should be the price you have to actual pay the retailer to purchase the item before any retrospective discounts/cashbacks are applied, thanks again.

Don't bother switching .. just wait 1 day after the policy ends and then renew again online.

This was even the advice an AA Roadside chap said when he fixed our car once :)

I was under the impression that too qualify for quidco you had to be a new member. i.e. not been a member in the last 12 months.

Had Quidco from both the AA and RAC. One year the AA amount was wrong, raised a claim with Quidco and full amount was paid. So far I’ve been lucky
