Just Ordered This seems a good deal. Just £6.16 per month Direct Debit.

You are covered in the first 24hours as well for Roadside assistance.

What's Included?
Roadside assistance anywhere in the UK
At Home assistance
Recovery to anywhere in the UK
Accident Care
Legal Care

Weve got together with our friends at RAC to bring you breakdown cover that will help you out in almost every situation. If your car breaks down at home and you cant get to work or while youre out and about with the kids well be there.

Quality cover at a great price.

You get this amazing level of cover for a great price of just £73.92. Or you can choose to pay only £6.16 per month with no extra charge. If youve found cheaper cover, check it carefully. Its unlikely youll get the help you need in all situations and its better to be safe than sorry.

Nice find, what if you want to add extra european cover? Any info, pls? And what if your car breaks regularly? Any extra cost?
What if 10 miles before your airport car break down will they take you to airport?
What if you are in the middle of nowhere is any accomodation included in this package?
Up to how many passangers they take care of?

Thx.

Does this cover not work out as £62 when purchased direct from RAC using Quidco?

Not sure it is the same cover, I'm assuming you are comparing to Option 3.

You get Accident Care and Legal Care.

I also read that they will pay for Taxi if they can't fix your car.

I'll have to look read through the T&C.

Also no surcharge for Monthly Payment.

i got the joint cover from sainsburys AAA which includes hire car for £132 split that by two its a good deal.

I just tried green flag and for the same cover (recovery plus), my quote came to £79 less quidco of £20 = £59 in total

worth comparing with this deal as it did have a few other extras too (cash cover / overnight accommodation / car hire).

or rescue plus (same as this RAC deal less home start) came to £42 after quidco.

what i have gathered, buying from asda gives you car based cover, while RAC gives you person based cover, which means that even if you driving another car, you are covered by RAC but not ASDA one

This is also a good deal, but I would rather be covered by the RAC - wish they had Quidco to this deal :-(

I am waiting for a link to the T&C.

Why split it by two?

RAC vs Green flag comparison below. Apparently they both have the same average response time of 40 minutes.

Doesnt work like that though does it, you dont pay double the price of a single persons membership for two people.

How did you come to that conclusion? As if it offer both driver and vehicle cover then this is a great deal.

I mean that with RAC cover, you ar covered even if you are driving another car, where as with this asda cover you are covered only if you driving specific vehicle...hope it answers the question

I think here this is just RAC cover though, which you are getting via ASDA.

I've personally voted this cold. I think it's overpriced, and you can't use Quidco.

I'm with AutoAid, and have full cover for £32 per year.

No it is not exactly RAC cover, try filling forms for both and you will realise ASDA is vehicle based, where as RAC person based cover...
