What does it mean up to 2000cc, if I hook these up to my 2500cc what's likely to happen, almost bought a set in halfords for £40, what's the difference?

their ebay site is cheaper then their website on some items, but got to say their delivery is rubbish im still waiting for an order i placed on the 13th , emailed them and they say it was sent on the 16th via 1st class standard mail, no recorded delivery nothing.

its down to how much power is needed to start your car.
a larger engine needs a lot more current to turn it over than a smaller engine.
the result in using smaller csa leads would be that they heat up, and possible the insulation melts off and shorts, causing a fire.
scary, but true

Some good advice can be found in this recent thread along with details of the jump leads I recently bought.

The price of the jump leads I bought are £12.38. However, the same jump leads, but with different clips, can be had for £7.17.

IMHO, for just over a quid more, they are a better buy than the jump leads in this deal.

Cheers, just what I was looking for, a decent cheap set for my diesel with a good length.
